Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

These Terms of Use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes relating to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
